Description

Camp Wildwood is located on a lake across from Wildwood Conservation Area campground. There is a bunkhouse with electric heat, fridge, stove, tables, chairs, and bunkbeds; one room has 28 beds and there are 4 beds in the kitchen. There is a campfire area with wood provided and a BBQ (bring your own propane). There are four geocaches near the camp.

The Wildwood Lake Trail is a 25 km loop hiking and mountain biking trail that runs around Wildwood Lake, passing through the camp and the conservation area campground.

The Avon Trail is a 104 km Hiking Trail that runs from St. Marys to Conestogo. It provides a link between the Thames Valley Trail and the Grand Valley Trail.

Scouts Canada closed the camp in April, 2022.
