Description
Rustic High Hill Camp was started back in the early sixties as a Scout camp and prospered for many years. The camp fell on hard times and was abandoned in the 1980s. With the cooperation of the current landowner, the 79th Regina Scouts decided to open and operate the camp under the Scouts Canada umbrella in 1998. A new cabin sleeping 30 comfortably was built in 2000. Most materials were donated from various groups around the Regina area. A garage package was erected and a common outdoor meeting area was built. There are numerous camping areas in the bush. A bunk house provides sleeping for approximately 20 people.
