I sleep all night and I paddle all day.

When you get to Hal-i-burton
You're issued a canoe.
And very soon thereafter
A shiny paddle too.

I dip my paddle in the water
And I twirl it around.
I take it by the handle
And dip it up and down.

I drop my paddle in the water
And watch it float on by.
The steersman in behind me

Scouter Liam tried his hardest
To teach me the J stroke.
