Lost Lake Scout Camp

Lost Lake is a 16 ha lake suitable for canoeing. The camp is in mixed forests. This camp is most suitable for outdoor camping, with separate camping areas for more than one group. Each area has picnic tables and pit toilets. There are three buildings on site. The Log Lodge cabin accommodates 32, has a sleeping loft for up to 30, with a separate area suitable for leaders downstairs. The Leaders' "Ward cabin" has bunks for 10 in two rooms, a simple kitchen area with propane stove, and table that seats 12. There is a propane barbeque on the front porch. The Kitchen Dining facility has an open air dining area which seats 50, a fridge, large propane stove, serving hot trays, and prep area. There is running hot and cold water in the summer. Groups are to park all vehicles in the parking area, and carry their equipment about 100 to 200 meters to their camping area. (About 25 meters for one vehicle to unload near the kitchen.)

Bring your own life jackets and paddles for canoes and paddle boat. The children's playground is being renewed and is not available at the moment.

During the summer, the area is grazed by free range cattle.
