It is an easy walk to the Big Bay General Store and the Big Bay Government Dock.

The camp has an outdoor chapel, campfire circle, and nearby access to scuba diving, sea kayaking, fishing, sailing, rock climbing and the Bruce Trail. There is room for tenting, four heated cabins which can sleep 38 people in total, a craft cabin, and lodge with indoor kitchen and washrooms.
