Description	Situated on Lake Erie on a mainly wooded property, Camp Cataraqui has a longhouse with large kitchen, dining area, washrooms, sleeping area for four; two heated bunk houses each accommodating eight; and an additional building with propane lights and wood stove, sleeping 15. There are about 20 cleared and grassed tent sites with year-round running water and kybos nearby. A large covered chapel, large main parade fields along with other smaller open areas, parking lots, hiking trails, etc., make Camp Cataraqui a favourite camp for large and small groups. Recent additions include two brand new cabins and a gaga ball pit. The camp is surrounded by Clear Creek Provincial Nature Reserve which is home to some very rare nesting warblers and the only old growth Carolinian forest in Canada. The camp is home to the oldest oak tree in Canada.
